Industrial Reclaim is based in Houston and reviews electrical and industrial surplus opportunities across the U.S. We work with sellers who have unused project material, contractor overruns, stored inventory, and equipment from facility upgrades or shutdowns.

Our focus includes wire and cable, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, circuit breakers, generators, and controls. We also review valuable pipeline and process equipment. Opportunities range from individual items to complete electrical rooms and mixed industrial inventories.

Start with what you have. Send equipment photos, nameplates, quantities, condition, and location. For larger projects, include an inventory list, available documents, release timing, and access or removal requirements. Incomplete details are welcome.

Review the opportunity. Purchase interest depends on specifications, condition, completeness, quantity, and demand. For an accepted opportunity, purchase terms, payment, pickup, freight, and removal responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
